Dr. John Lemoncelli Ed.D NCC, LPC
John Lemoncelli received his Doctorate in Adult Development from Temple University. He is currently Professor and Assistant Chair for Counseling at Marywood University. His research interests are in Ethics, Trauma, Spirituality and Psychotherapy, and Child Abuse. He has published a book entitled A Mind of Its Own: Healing the Mind and Heart of the Parasite of Childhood Abuse, and was contracted by Praeger Publishing to do a complete revision of this work. He has also published several Journal articles on Spirituality and Psychotherapy, Ethics and Abuse.
Lemoncelli is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Psychologist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. He worked part-time in private practice for 28 years and specialized in treating members of the clergy and survivors of abuse.
